I create interface design elements that conform to WCAG best practices.
The wireframing process allows me to rapidly create design solutions based on the research I’ve collected. I can quickly create wireframes that allow me to convey the user journey and any other ideas with you, such as structure, content and how the site functions.
Expanding upon the wireframes, I then add the visual elements to the design, creating something that resembles what the end user will eventually see. These static mockups allow you to offer critical feedback before anything goes to testing or development. I typically use Adobe XD when creating these.
By adding interaction to the static mockups, I’m able to transform them into working, clickable prototypes that can be used for testing with actual users. This allows me to obtain valuable feedback and iterate any element of the design before it goes to development, ensuring efficiency in the process.
Design System Implementation
Having a library of easily accessible components and other design elements is an integral part of any efficient workflow. I create UI elements that conform to WCAG, and break them down into a working design system for brands, allowing for quicker design implementation and visual consistency throughout your marketing messaging.
